WHOLE AGAIN
A ONE-ON-ONE COACHING JOURNEY THROUGH EMOTIONAL HEALING
You Are Not As Far From Whole As You Think
Something happened. Maybe a long time ago. Maybe recently. Maybe so gradually you cannot point to a single moment , just a slow accumulation of hurt, loss, disappointment, and the quiet belief that this is simply how things are now. You have kept going. You have shown up for your life, your people. But underneath all of that, something still aches. And if you are honest, you are tired of carrying it alone.
Whole Again is a premium one-on-one coaching program designed for people who are ready to stop managing their pain and start healing from it. This is not a quick fix. It is not a course you click through. It is a real, personal journey , just you and a coach, and carefully built modules, and the kind of truth that goes deeper than surface encouragement.
You were whole before the hurt. You can be whole again.
Who This Is For
Whole Again is for you if:
- You have been carrying emotional pain for a long time and you are ready to actually deal with it, not just push through it
- You have experienced grief, betrayal, shame, rejection, abandonment, or loss and it still lives inside you in ways you cannot fully explain
- You have tried to move on but find yourself circling back to the same wounds, the same patterns, the same quiet hopelessness
- You want something personal, not a program built for the masses
- You are willing to be honest — with yourself and with a coach.
You do not need to have it together to begin. You just need to be willing.
What You May Be Carrying
Pain rarely announces itself clearly. More often, it shows up sideways — in anxiety that will not settle, in relationships that keep going wrong, in the way you shrink from things that should be good, or in the exhaustion of holding yourself together for everyone else.
You may be carrying:
- Be honest about your motives, fears, and habits
- Shame from things done to you or decisions you wish you could undo
- The weight of betrayal by someone you trusted completely
- A quiet but persistent belief that you are too much, not enough, or beyond repair
- Wounds from a church, a family, a relationship, or a season that left you more broken than before
- Fear dressed up as control, or sadness dressed up as numbness
- A long distance between the person you are and the person you know you were made you to be
Whatever shape your pain takes, it is real. It matters. And it is not the end of your story.
What You Will Experience in This Program
Whole Again is not group coaching. It is not a self-paced online course. It is a structured, deeply personal, one-on-one coaching journey — modules built with intention, delivered with care, and shaped by the truth that heals broken people.
Over the course of this program, you will:
- Name your wounds honestly, many of them perhaps for the first time in a safe space
- Find yourself in the stories of people God healed and restored — people who were ashamed, exhausted, betrayed, and grieving, just like you
- Begin daily practices of honest prayer, lament, surrender, and receptivity
- Identify the specific lies your pain has written about your identity — and replace them with what is true
- Build sustainable habits that carry healing forward long after the program ends
- Begin to move outward — toward community, toward purpose, and toward using your story for someone else's good
This is real work. It takes courage. And it is absolutely worth it.
What Changes When You Go Through This Program
Healing is not always loud. Sometimes it is quiet, gradual, and deeply personal. But here is what becomes possible:
- You can name your pain without being undone by it
- You bring your real self instead of the edited, performance version
- The shame that once defined you loses its grip
- You begin to recognize patterns and choose differently
- Your relationships become more honest and more alive
- You stop running from your story and start seeing the purpose inside it
- You feel genuinely known — by your coach, by others, and by yourself
- You move toward others with greater compassion because you know what it costs to hurt
These are not guarantees. They are the things that become available to someone who chooses to do this work with honesty, consistency, and trusting the process.
Why This Approach Is Different
There is no shortage of content about healing. Books, podcasts, conferences, courses. And many of them carry real value. But Whole Again is different in a few important ways.
It is one-on-one.
You are not a number in a group. Every session is shaped around your story, your wounds, your pace. That personal attention changes everything.
It is grounded in timeless wisdom.
There is meaningful reflection, drawing on specific teachings, stories, and truths that encourage deep, honest engagement and lasting personal growth. Rather than offering vague inspiration, it invites thoughtful exploration that can lead to real transformation.
It does not rush you toward hope
Many programs skip the difficult middle — the naming, the grief, the honest reckoning. This one does not. You are invited to be fully honest before you are pushed toward any resolution, because hope that bypasses honesty does not last.
It is not therapy — and it does not pretend to be.
If clinical support is part of what you need, we will say so. Coaching and therapy can work beautifully alongside each other, and we will always encourage you toward whatever serves your healing best.
It honours your pace.
Healing is not a race. Some wounds take longer. Some modules need more time. The structure exists to serve you, not the other way around.
A Word Before You Apply
This program is not for everyone, and that is by design.
Whole Again is a premium, limited offering. We want to make sure this is the right fit for you and for us.
If you are ready to show up honestly, do the between-session work, and engage with both the coaching and the content with genuine intention, this program will meet you there. If you are not quite ready and that is completely okay there will be another time. Healing happens when you are willing, not when you are pressured.
Apply for Your Place
Whole Again begins with a short application. This helps us understand where you are, what you are carrying, and whether this program is the right next step for you right now. There is no pressure. There is no judgment. There is simply an open door for the person who is ready to walk through it.
You do not have to have it together to begin. You just have to be willing.
Applications are reviewed personally. You will hear back within 48 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, which is a different discipline from licensed therapy or counselling. Coaching is future-focused and works within your existing functioning. If at any point your coach believes clinical support would serve you better — or in addition — they will say so honestly. Coaching and therapy are not in competition. They work well together.
How long is each session, and how often do we meet?
Sessions are scheduled one-on-one and typically run 90 minutes. The frequency is agreed upon at intake and is generally once per week, depending on what best serves your journey.
What if I am in the middle of a crisis?
If you are currently in acute crisis — including thoughts of self-harm — please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or crisis line before applying. This program is designed for people who are carrying significant pain and are functionally stable enough to do reflective work. We want to make sure you receive the most appropriate support for where you are.
Can I move through the modules at my own pace?
Yes. While there is a natural progression through the modules, your coach will meet you where you are. Some clients spend more time in certain modules than others. The structure serves you — not the other way around.
What happens after the 12 modules are complete?
The final module includes a full integration session and practical next steps. Some clients choose to continue with less frequent check-in coaching after the program. That is something you and the coach can discuss as you approach the end of the program.
How do I know if I am ready for this?
If you are asking that question, you are probably closer to ready than you think. The people who do best in this program are not the ones who have it together — they are the ones who are genuinely tired of not healing and willing to show up honestly for the work. If that is you, apply.
Whole Again — Because you were not made to carry this forever.
